Eficiencia de intervenciones psicoterapéuticas en el uso problematico del smartphone en adultos jóvenes, resivisón sistemática en el periodo 2020 - 2025

El uso problemático del smartphone afecta regulación conductual, sueño y bienestar en adultos jóvenes, la necesidad de intervenciones breves y aplicables ha impulsado enfoques cognitivo-conductuales, mindfulness, psicoeducación y autorregulación digital, el objetivo consistió en analizar su eficacia mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura publicada entre 2020 y 2025. La búsqueda se efectuó en Scopus, SciELO, PubMed y PsycINFO, se identificaron 312 registros, después del cribado se incluyeron 12 estudios con 1 320 participantes, la síntesis fue cualitativa, la calidad se valoró con Pedro y Newcastle Ottawa adaptada, además se examinaron diseños, instrumentos, componentes y variables asociadas. Los resultados mostraron mayor presencia y consistencia favorable para terapia cognitivo-conductual y mindfulness, con reducciones del uso problemático y mejoras en ansiedad, sueño, bienestar y control del impulso, la evidencia se consideró prometedora pero limitada por heterogeneidad, muestras universitarias y seguimientos breves, se concluyó que los programas estructurados representan una alternativa útil y requieren confirmación longitudinal.
